Water in Motion - High caloric burn, low impact pre-choreographed, vertical exercise program. Participants get results regardles of age, skill or fitness level.
Deep Water Running - Cross train and prevent injuries. Water running can allow an injured athlete to recover without losing fitness. Improves running form. Participants use a Wave Belt in the deep end.
AFAP Deep - The Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles. The gentle activities in deep water, with guidance from a trained instructor, allow you to move your hips in a full range of motion, to move your lower joints without impact and will help you gain strength and flexibility.
Shallow/Deep Combo - Prepare to explore all water depths. Utilize intense cardio energy and a great variety of equipment. Emphasis is on strength and toning.
Hydro-Pilates - 45-minute classes. No intro class required. Principles of Pilates in a comfortable water environment. Use the water to increase core strength. Aquatic equipment used to stimulate a Reformer machine.
Core Deep - 20-minute core strengthening class. Define your waistline and improve your posture.
Aquatic Excel - For those looking to complement their land workouts on the land. High intensity with no impact.
Family Swim - Will be held every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. See schedule for specific times. Children ages 8-13 in Supervised Swim on Fri, Sat or Sun will be allowed to swim in the lap pool once they have passed the deep water test.
