PAC is excited to offer F.A.S.T. (Functional Athletic Strength Training), a straight-forward workout designed for both men and women who want to challenge their inner athlete. This strength endurance based class includes skills and drills that come directly from athletic conditioning training programs. If you want to get in shape FAST, this is the class for you. Classes meet on the soccer field. Space is limited, so sign-up for the class in person at the front or back desks up to one hour prior to the start time of each class. Redeem a ticket for a class pass. Your class pass must be given to the instructor prior to the start of class.
Members can purchase 10 tickets for $40 at the front desk.
