This class is designed for swimmers looking for swimming workouts in a group setting. Weekly workouts will be designed for swimmers of all levels to build endurance and strength. The 45 minute class will consist of warm ups, drills, speed sets and cool downs. Technique will be taught in the drill section. Swimmers of any ability are welcome and will be challenged at their own individual level.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be given for if cancellation is received prior to 2 weeks before the session start date. Within 2 weeks or less of session start date, a half-refund will be given unless can be replaced in class in which case a full refund will be given. NO refund will be given once a session has started. There will be NO make-ups if a swimmer misses class.
