Master Excel is designed for our "seasoned" leisure athletes or "weekend warrior" athletes who enjoy a structured environment that stresses athletic movements.  High-impact movements will be limited, however this class still performs high-intensity drills that will challenge participants. 

Master Excel is excellent training for runners, basketball and racquetball players.  Ages 18 and up. 

Aside from the Master Excel sessions listed below, we also offer a Saturday morning class from 8:15-9:15 a.m.

When two people who qualify as a couple, life partners or siblings register for Excel, you may take $10 off per person for the final charges.  Please make note of this in the comment section in the registration pages and we will follow-up in the accounting department.
