Crazy Legs Training Clinic

 USA Triathlon Coach Melissa Sebastian and avid experienced marathon runners will guide you thru skills to improve your run with the tweaking of your form and techique as well as give you useful drills to get you finishing at your peak.  We can accomodate any level of runner and anyone who wants to set a goal and run through the famous shoot at Camp Randall.  Each runner will also get a program that will outline what you need to do above the clinic in order to finsih the race.

With goals in mind, the challenging workouts will take your endurance and speed to the next level. Madison Mini-Marathon Training

Pre-requisite: You have to be able to run at least one mile without stopping before the start date.

We are proud to announce our inaugural Madison Mini Marathon Training Clinic.  The clinic will help you gain everything you need to finish the annual Madison Mini Marathon in either the 5k distance or the half marathon.  USA Triathlon Coach (Melissa Sebastian) and avid experienced marathon runners will guide you through skills to improve your run with the tweaking of your form and technique as well as give you useful drills to get you finishing at your peak.
