FreeMotion Equipment is desiged to improve core stability, enhance body awareness and improve balance while integrating functional muscular strength.  FreeMotion Center Membership includes access to a semi-private room and a one-hour orientation to the equipment.  Learn how to work out not only smarter, but functionally!  This equipment is the only equipment that will allow you to become stronger in the movements you use in your everyday life.  The equipment is also designed to enhance sport specific movements. 

Become a member of PAC's FreeMotion center by adding $5 per month on to your membership (minimum one-year commitment).

   Jump Start
This program is geared toward the occasional exerciser who is just not getting the results they want. This 6-week program will have you meeting with your trainer 3 times a week for a total of 18 sessions. .

Cost: $800

   Total Body Make-Over
Serious about making a complete change in how you look and feel? This 12-week program might be just for you. Meet with your trainer 3 times a week for a total of 36 one-hour sessions. Based on your goals your trainer will provide an intense training experience that will get you the results you want.
Cost: $1600

Fitness Consultation
Our highly qualified fitness professionals will show you the ropes. Each session will include a 15 minute informational session that will include helpful information to help you get started, all the knowledge you need to develop a safe and effective program, and 45 minutes of hands-on instruction. To schedule your appointment call the front desk at 608/837-4646.

Advanced Fitness Consultation
This is a great way to sharpen your current workout.  Bring your workout plan and goals to discuss with a PAC certified personal trainer.  In a half-hour session, discover different excercise options to change your workout and take the next step in reaching your goals. 

Medical Consultation
Prairie Athletic Club offers short term medical membership with a referral from your physician or chiropractor. These memberships are designed for individuals recovering from injury or illness who would benefit from beginning an exercise program. For those needing a specialized program to meet specific needs, a personal exercise consultation is available with certified staff. We will work with your health care professional to assist you in beginning an exercise program designed to meet your needs.

Fit Kids
This is a unique training geared toward kids ages 7-14. The concern toward the physical health of our youth is ever-increasing and this is a great opportunity to get kids moving! This six-week program allow the participant to meet with a trainer two times per week for one hour. The trainer will provide a safe, fun and non-intimidating way for your child to get involved in fitness. Participants will learn how to move their body and gain confidence along the way.

Incentive Programs

Need to jump start your fitness routine? PAC offers a variety of incentive fitness programs like Stride with Pride, Fitness Monopoly, Triathlon Challenge and The Biggest Change Contest throughout the year to help you stay motivated and have fun while earning prizes for exercising!  Our fitness incentive programs are all "tools" to keep you on the road to fitness while challenging yourself and having fun!
