AQUATIC DIRECTOR - Prairie Athletic Club is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented individual to fill the full-time position of Aquatics Director.
Responsibilities include: Overseeing the daily operation of our indoor and outdoor pools and water park; Ensuring that all safety and customer service standards are maintained; Building a strong leadership team to ensure safe and efficient operation: Recruiting, training and managing our team of lifeguards and swim instructors; Maintaining and posting schedules for our indoor and outdoor pools; Teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding as needed.
Qualifications include: Previous experience in pool/water park management; Bachelor's degree in related field; CPR Pro, AED, First Aid, Lifeguard and WSI certifications; Exceptional customer service and communication skills; Strong organizational and administrative skills; Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays and at various times of the day as needed

AQUA FITNESS INSTRUCTOR - We are looking for energetic and outgoing instructors to teach Aqua Fitness programs to our members. Instructors are responsible for creating a fun, inclusive, organized, and dynamic class while ensuring the safety of participants at all times. The instructor should have experience in teaching both high intensity and low impact classes and in shallow, deep and warm water settings.
