Health assessments are key to determining current health status, periodic checks of your fitness progress and establishing short and long term goals.
Assessments include two sessions with trainer; one meeting for the assessment and follow-up to review findings and provide plan or program for the individual. $100
Health history discussion – Helps the personal trainer to evaluate your past and current medical history. This allows us to determine a safe and effective routine for meeting your fitness goals.
Body composition assessment – Evaluates your current body fat, body weight and circumference measurements.
Postural assessment – Determines muscle imbalances and ways to help strengthen or stretch certain muscles to improve body mechanics.
Flexibility testing – Evaluates your current flexibility using the sit and reach technique.
Cardiovascular endurance testing – A three-minute step test is used to evaluate the current efficiency of your heart and vascular system.
Muscular strength testing – A max push up test is used to evaluate your current upper body muscular strength and endurance. A trainer will meet with you to discuss the findings from the assessment and design a program to work out on your own or with a personal trainer.
