Master EXCEL - A wide variety of different exercise techniques that include elements of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility. The certified personal trainer will provide equipment such as resistance tubing, medicine balls, BOSU balls, stability balls, agility ladders and kettle bells to give your employees a challenging and fun workout.
CORE-flex - Is a 20-minute class designed to increase core strength. The certified personal trainer will bring in mats, medicine balls, stability balls and/or BOSU balls to train employees on proper core training techniques that build core strength and endurance.
Yoga/Pilates - Classes that combine poses and movements to strengthen and stretch the body, reduce stress and increase core strength.
*Class fees range from $50-$75 per hour.
