Executive Training – A trainer will meet with you for a workout geared toward your goals and availability for the day. Options include: yoga, stretching/relaxing, overall toning, cardio fitness, or strength training.
10 sessions: $500 25 sessions: $1200
One-on-One Training is the traditional one trainer working individually with one client - all for one goal!

Buddy Training is a great way for two individuals who have similar fitness goals to work out together.
10 sessions: $335 per person 25 sessions: $750 per person
Team Training is for those who have a group of friends or teammates that want to train together. We can also place individuals on a team for those who enjoy working in a group setting and want to meet new people with similar fitness goals.
Team of 3/10 Sessions - $250 per person; 20 Sessions - $425
Team of 4/10 Sessions - $225 per person; 20 Sessions - $400
Team of 5/10 Sessions - $200 per person; 20 Sessions - $375
90-day fitness challenge - Compete with your colleagues on fitness improvements. Fitness accomplishments will be gauged each month by a personal trainer based off your original fitness assessment. $25 per participant
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching – Using US Department of Agriculture food pyramid guidelines, we will educate you about what to eat and when to eat to rev up your metabolism. Coaching comes from an educational perspective as well as challenging you to be accountable to create new lifestyle behaviors.
$30 per session (1/2 hour sessions)
*Prices based on one hour sessions.
*Sessions can be 30 minutes to one hour or more depending on preference.
