Beginner Triathlon Training
This is a comprehensive training program for those that have not yet completed a race, completed one or two races either as a solo race or a relay, or just want that extra push to get back into shape. These sessions will provide you with a triathlon-training program that focuses on all three disciplines of triathlon: swimming, biking and running. Intermediate Triathlon Training
This is a training program for those that already have more than a few races under their belt and want to improve on speed, technique, run mechanics, bike power/cadence, and a good understanding of how to train harder, faster, and more efficient. You will get a great workout each week in one of the three disciplines with the focus on mechanics. When you are finished with this season you will be a better, faster, stronger athlete with skills, drills and lots of knowledge under your belt to PR your races.
