Come join our motivated military veterans, personal trainers and experienced runners for our Outdoor Adventure classes from June through August! These classes will have you enjoying the outdoors while getting a great workout.PAC is offering a new, fun, challenging class to our schedule for the summer.
BOOTCAMP - an outdoor adventure with running, sit-ups, push-ups, calisthenics, and lots of challenging exercises to help get you outside and out of your rut! You will even be introduced to an intense obstacle course and rock climbing wall.
Lace 'em Up - an outdoor adventure running group that will have you ready for a 5 or 10k by the end of the summer. You will work on skills, drills, hills, technique and form. This class is designed for any level of runner.
Tickets can be purchased at either of the desks and although these classes meet outside at the back entrance, you will still need to receive a tag from the Member Services staff. CLasses may be canceled due to inclement weather, please phone ahead when in doubt.

The SPECIALTY CLASSES are included in Platinum and Gold memberships. All other members may purchase class tickets at the front desk. Participants must sign up for classes at the front or back desks and can do so up to one hour in advance of the class to reserve a spot. Class size is limited.

| BodyCOMBAT/KICKBOXING is the ultimate martial arts workout. It combines moves and stances from a range of self-defense disciplines including Karate, Tai Chi, kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do into cardio-pumping, muscle defining workouts. Programmed to great music, each BodyCOMBAT class creates a fiercely energetic experience. TARGET ATTACK will be offered as the second half of BodyCOMBAT where indicated on the class schedule. This class utilizes bags and targets for contact punches and kicks. KICKBOXING is a cardiovascular conditioning class using easy to follow boxing type movements, combined with target and floor work to sculpt and strengthen, making this a motivating workout! |

| BodyATTACK is an intense, sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. An interval training class combining high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises, it’s high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music. |

| RPM/Cycling is a fun, athletic, cardiovascular cycling workout that kills calories in record time - up to 900 in a single class. It's a team cycling experience that incorporates the best of indoor cycling and motivational coaching techniques. And it's suited for any age and any fitness level. |

| PILATES and REFORMER Pilates exercises focus on posture, body mechanics, correct breathing, spinal flexibility and core strength. | YOGA is a combination of movements and yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the body, reduce stress and bring about concious awareness. POWER YOGA is a class for experienced Yoga participants, linking powerful poses together in a flowing series. |

General Group Fitness Classes are included in all memberships except Emerald and Silver. Advance check-in is required at either the front or back desks.
General classes can be found on the Group Fitness schedule in lowercase type.
Note: Classes may be removed at the discretion of the director. All classes that have attendance lower than 15 people on a regular basis will be subject to cancelling on the next upcoming schedule. Schedules are revised every season including Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.
