BODY VIVE is a low-impact workout that lets participants choose how hard they work. The 55-minute class uses the VIVE balls, VIVE tubes and optional hand-weights, to integrate aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, and stretching and mobility work. Note: Classes may be removed at the discretion of the director. All classes that have attendance lower than 15 people on a regular basis will be subject to cancelling on the next upcoming schedule. Schedules are revised every season including spring, summer, fall and winter.
