It provides you with the comfort of small group strength training classes in the privacy of our PAC 24 location. RIPPED will target individual muscle groups separated into 3 different weekly classes. RIPPED is designed for ALL ages and ALL fitness levels. It will provide you with the tools you need for a successful transformation!

Mondays: Biceps, triceps and chest
Tuesday-5:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday-4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m and 6:30 p.m.
Thursday-5:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
Friday-10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Every other Saturday-8:15 a.m.
