Training Options

Traditional ESP (3 and 6 month options)
Receive your individualized training program and choose between 2, 3 and 4 trainings per week. This is for the athlete looking for an intensive training program created especially for them.

In-Season Training

If you are in season but still want to train so that you don't lose all of the strength and speed you have gained while working with ESP, this option is perfect for you. Receive 20 training sessions that can be used within a 4 month period. NOTE: MUST have had prior ESP experience to sign up for this option.

ESP Test Drive
ESP's seasonal program that offers prospective athletes a chance to try out ESP without the 3 or 6 month commitment. When we offer Test Drive, it will only be for a limited time.

1-on-1 ESP Training

Train with a trainer that holds special certifications based on training athletes. A 1-on-1 atmosphere is sure to help facilitate an athlete's goals.

ESP Online Training

Schedule a time with a trainer and we will assess the athlete, create a program for the athlete, and send them an electronic program with instructional videos of each exercise. This is great for the athlete that is on a budget, has time constraints, or cant make it into the gym due to traveling distances.
