ESP has offerings for ALL athletes this summer. Choose one or choose all three!
Traditional ESP-receive your individualized training program and choose between 2, 3, or 4 trainings per week. This is for the athlete looking for an intensive training program created especially for them.
ESP Beach Day-speed and agility in our sand volleyball court along with explosion training in the water.
ESP F.A.M. (Fundamentals of Movement)-mainly focused for athletes who have had reoccurring or orthopedic injuries and would like to utilize training from our licensed health care professionals.
Choose between 2, 3 or 4 times per week options, this is for the athlete looking for an intensive training program created especially for them.
Train with a trainer that holds special certifications based on training athletes. A 1-on-1 atmosphere is sure to help facilitate an athlete’s goals.
Schedule a time with a trainer and we will assess the athlete, create a program for the athlete, and send them an electronic program with instructional videos of each exercise. This is great for the athlete that is on a budget, has time constraints, or can’t make it into the gym due to traveling distance
Test Drive is ESP's seasonal program that offers prospective athletes a chance to try out ESP without the 3 month or 6 month commitment. When we offer Test Drive, it is only for a limited time.
