The top four teams will make an end-of-the-season playoff on December 11 with seeding based on overall standings. Tie-breakers will be determined by head-to-head results. In the event of a three-way tie, head-to-head results, then point differential will be used as tiebreakers. If bad weather forces games to be postponed, they will be played on December 11 with the playoffs moving to December 18.
