Amy
Amy is a graduate of East West Healing Arts Institute and has been practicing with the Prairie Athletic club for over four years. She is a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist. Her education and focus have been on traditional Eastern theory, modern Western science and yoga. Her own interest in and appreciation for the powerful mind/body connection as well as a natural, intuitive approach to health and wellness has drawn her to the field of massage and bodywork. She believes that one can achieve balance and be actively involved in one’s own health by taking the time to listen to the body. Amy cultivates an integrative practice of therapeutic massage and is known for her deep and intuitive touch. Her intention in each session is to treat the whole person--body, mind, and spirit. This could include deep tissue, myofascial release, acupressure, Chinese Medical Massage, hot stones, sports massage and Swedish massage. She specializes in neck and back pain.
Angie
After 14 years in the spa industry, Angie combined her skills at pampering with her knowledge of Aromatherapy, her love of fitness and her interest in natural healing and went back to school for Massage Therapy. She received her degree from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and is Nationally Certified and Wisconsin Licensed. Angie's signature massage is a fusion of different massage modalities, including Acupressure, Aromatherapy, Lomi Lomi, Hot Stones, Swedish, Tui Na, Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy). She customizes each session to the individual's needs. Angie enjoys the challenges of treating sports injuries and chronic pain, but also gives a great relaxation massage. She feels she has found her calling as a Massage Therapist and loves working at Prairie Athletic Club.
Becky
Becky has a passion for helping people find both relaxation and healing through massage. She completed over 750 hours of training in Albuquerque, NM in 2008. Her specialties include Swedish, myofascial release, and pre/post-natal massage modalities. Becky also has training in craniosacral therapy, sports massage/assisted stretching, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology, and polarity therapy. She believes that massage can be the key to unlocking us from the grip of pain and stress, freeing our best physical, mental, and spiritual self.
Robin
Robin graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI in 2006. She has been working in a private practice and a spa environment for the past several years. Robin practices a variety of techniques, including Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage), Acupressure, Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage, and Myofascial Release. Recently she acquired continuing education in the areas of Reiki, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue, and Neuromuscular Techniques. Robin believes in treating the entire mind, body and spirit connection to achieve optimal health and wellness.

Kjersten specializes in gua-sha, deep tissue, Swedish, sports and myofascial massage.
Emily
Emily specializes in deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, hot stone, Swedish, trigger point, prenatal and myofascial release massage.
