Tuesday and Thursday from 4-5:30 p.m.
(No class week of June 12)
This is an eight week program that helps kids train for the Sun Prairie triathlon while focusing on the mental and emotional benefits of being active. Our coaches will lead the kids through lessons of swimming, biking, running, and strength conditioning, with a social/emotional component accompanying each week. Each week also incorporates a nutrition lesson and handout, and mindfulness to start/end the session.
