The younger children (4-5) will work on coordination (rules, running, dribbling, learning games) and we will lower the hoops, but not concentrate on shooting.
The older children (6-7) will work on basics (dribbling, passing, running with dribbling, shooting) using regulation 10-foot hoops.
All participants will use 28.5 size basketballs.
