This class is for competitive athletes, ages 12 and up, who are new to Excel and have not yet become accustomed to our training progressions.  Speed, power, core and balance drills will be incorporated.  Class is held twice per week with a required third workout completed independently. 

When registering siblings for Excel, you may take $10 off per person for the final charges.  Please make note of this in the comment section in the registration pages and we will follow-up in the accouting department.
