Excel Sports Performance is a sports conditioning program and an essential training tool for any athlete. It is a weekly training regimen structured to push you to the top of your game. Success is achieved through motivation and determination. From the moment you sign up, you become a part of a team that meets, trains and succeeds as a unit! (Note: This class is not for those who like to take it easy.) DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM IF YOU WANT TO COAST! WE WORK HARD!
Our Excel Sports Performance program is designed to progress the competitive athlete and take them "over the top" by incorporating explosive, core and stabilizing strength and sprint drills into a 60- or 90-minute package. Classes meet twice each week and participants are expected to complete at least one additional individual workout per week.
Participants may register online or sign up at the front desk. A participant waiver (with parental signature for those under 18 years of age) is required prior to participation. Informational brochures, including the waiver, are available on the Information Board.
