Pre-requiste: To participate in the beginner clinics swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of the featured stroke without stopping, hanging onto the lane lines or grabbing the wall.  Swimmers must tread water for 30 seconds in deep water.
Swimmers must display skills on the first day to ensure proper placement in clinic.

Pre-requiste: To participate in the advanced clinics swimmers must be able to swim 50 yards using the flip turn of the featured stroke and without stopping, hanging onto the lane lanes or grabbing the wall.  Swimmers must tread water for 45 seconds in deep water.
Swimmers must display skills on the first day to ensure proper placement in clinic.
