Body Vive (ages 8-13), Pilates (ages 8-13) and Active Kids (ages 8-13) are seasonal classes available September through April.  Tae Kwon Do (ages 6 and up) is offered all year long.  Although you do not register your child for these classes, you must receive a class tag at either the front or back desks upon check-in.  These classes are included in Gold Memberships and tickets may be purchased at $30 for 10 for other memberships.

Aqua Group Fitness Classes are available for children ages 8 & up when a parent attends.  These are free for Gold and Red members.  Please check the Lap Pool schedule for class times.
