PAC Care Childcare

Gymnastics (18 mos - 5 yrs)
Children learn the basics including balance beam, forward and backward rolls. Other equipment used includes the swing bar, special mats, tunnels, and hula hoops.

Supervised Activities
Prairie Athletic Club offers supervised activities for children which are included with membership. PAC Playgroup is available for our youngest members with their parents. Supervised Swim (ages 6-13) and Supervised Soccer (ages 5-13) allows children to have a great time and get some exercise while mom and dad are working out!

Prairie Athletic Club is now offering 5 day summer camps! Each week will have a special theme and every Monday and Friday will be Just for Fun camp.

Teen Tag
This class designed to teach 12 and 13 year olds club safety, exercise etiquette and proper use of the equipment. Any 12 or 13 year old completing this certification will be allowed to use certain pieces of exercise equipment with direct supervision. Once your child completes this class he or she will be allowed to be in the club without a parent for up to two hours between 8 a.m.-9 p.m. A waiver must be completed and signed by a parent or guardian prior to this new "drop off" privilege. Past participants will be allowed the "drop off" privilege after a waiver has been signed. Available for members only.

Through intense training sessions we will teach you how to get the most out of your workouts to reach your basketball goals.

Pilates Reformer
Ages 10-13
The reformer will be the main piece of equipment used in this Pilates based class for our youth members. The reformer uses springs for resistance, along with other attachments, for a wide variety of exercises and positions. By using springs for resistance, the reformer provides gradual resistance as your muscles contract, which ensures the muscles are being worked properly and is done in a safer platform. Reformer classes can improve core strength and balance muscles around the joints, improving the way your body functions and performs.
