Swim Lessons
PAC swim lessons are American Red Cross Certified and taught by Water Safety Instructors. Private and semi-private swim lessons are also available for adults and children. More Information

Soccer
Prairie Athletic Club offers leagues for kids of all ages and instructional leagues for kids from 3-11 years old. Our staff works to help improve skills in a fun and enthusiastic atmosphere. More Information

PAC Care Childcare
Children ages 8 weeks to 13 years of age may play in our childcare areas while parents are working out, taking a class or enjoying a meal in our restaurant. More Information

Dance (ages 3 - 8)
From ballet to Footloose (our nine-month dance program) our programs are designed not only to provide dance instruction, but to help children gain self-confidence and an appreciation for the art of dance. More Information

Gymnastics (1.5 - 5 years)
Children learn the basics including balance beam, forward and backward rolls. Other equipment used includes the swing bar, special mats, tunnels, and hula hoops. More Information

Youth Fitness (ages 1.5 - 13 years)
We offer great classes for all ages that make fitness and sports fun and exciting for children. More Information

Supervised Activities (ages 5 - 13)
Prairie Athletic Club offers supervised activities for children which are included with membership. PAC Playgroup is available for our youngest members with their parents. Supervised Swim (ages 6-13) and Supervised Soccer (ages 5-13) allows children to have a great time and get some exercise while mom and dad are working out! More Information

Group Exercise for Kids (ages 8 -13)
RPM and Tae Kwon Do are options for our younger members to get fit while having a blast as part of our group exercise program. More Information

School Days Off Camps
Days Off Camp takes place when the Sun Prairie School District has off of school. School-age children are invited to come and participate in craft activities, free time on the soccer field and gymnasium, and go swimming in the pools. More Information

Summer Camps (ages 5 -13)
Prairie Athletic Club will be offering different types of camps in summer 2007, for your child to enjoy, including fishing, arts & crafts, pom pon, soccer, football camps and more! More Information

Coach Pitch
We offer two Coach Pitch programs: one for 6 year olds and one for 7-8 year olds. Games are played at Bird School. More Information

Arts & Crafts Class (ages 3 - 5)
This new class, for 3 to 5 year olds, will give your child a chance to cut, color and paste and we'll take care of the mess! More Information

PreTeen Weight Training
This class designed to teach 12 and 13 year olds the rules for exercising safely. Any 12 or 13 year old completing this certification will be allowed to use certain pieces of exercise equipment with direct supervision. (A parent or guardian still needs to remain on the premises. Available for members only. More Information

Red Cross Babysitting Course
Children must be at least eleven (11) to take this course. Please have children bring a sack lunch and beverage for their lunch break. More Information

Basketball Instructionals
PAC now offers youth basketball instructionals for children ages 4 to 7. The programs will be split - younger children and older children. More Information

T-Ball
T-Ball is for children ages 4-6 and will be played at Bird School. More Information

Early Release Camp

Early Release Camp will be held on Thursdays from 1:45-6pm from September 4, 2008 through June 11, 2009. Children can be registered in advace for 1 month at $100 for members or $120 for non-members.
