The challenge is an introductory challenge to get people off to a great start in their health and fitness journey. Each participant will have their pre-stats taken and provided nutrition and exercise guidelines. There will also be optional bi-weekly semi-private workouts and community support through Facebook providing daily exercise and nutrition tips.
The participant with the greatest change in body composition will be awarded $100 PAC Bucks.
*1 point each pound lost
*1 point % body fat lost
*1 point for each inch lost-waist, chest, abs, hip thigh, arm
Week 1-Group workout will be at PAC 24 Saturday, September 16 8-9 a.m.
Week 2-Video workout-Led by PAC's Personal Training staff
Week 3-Group workout will be at PAC 24 Saturday, September 30 8-9 a.m.
Week 4-Video workout-Led by PAC's Personal Training staff
Week 5-Group workout will be at PAC 24 Saturday, October 14 8-9 a.m.
Week 6-Video workout-Led by PAC's Personal Training staff
Participants will register for their pre/post stat sessions using Mind Body. Open slots will be posted under Erin Barth.
