This is a 10-Week course intended for performance athletes as they make strides to improve on the nutrition it takes to perform at the highest level of their performance. Each participant will receive pre and post body compositions states taken using the InBody Analysis Screening. You will be provided with 6 weeks of nutritional education and resources, as well as tools to help form healthy nutritional habits. The last 4 weeks you will receive your macro nutrient goals for low intensity, moderate intensity, and high intensity workout days. We will use a closed FB group for communication.
Inbody analysis will be available Feb 1 from 5:15 am to 6:30 am and Feb 3 from 9 am to 10 am with the course starting on Feb 4th. You don't need to make an appointment for the Inbody, just show up during the time frame.

Week 6- Putting it all together
Week 7- 10 Macro numbers and timing of when to eat before and after workouts.
