Single- $99 per month for the first 3 months, then $129 per month
Couple-$169 per month for the first 3 months, then $199 per month.
Six month commitment required

Rates are per month: 
-Additional monthly payments will be added to your monthly membership EFT.  Member agrees to 6 month commitment.
-The monthly payment will continue until 30-day cancellation given at end of 6 month agreement
