Class scheduling will be done through the Mind Body website.

Create account on Mindbody, follow these steps:
1. Visit prairieathletic.com, select the Mind Body scheduling tab
2. You are now on our “Mind Body” web page
• If you already have an account sign in
• If you are new, create a new account
Accounting will need one business day to get your account set up in Mind Body.

Yearly MX4 Agreement
Payment and class sign up:
-Make payment below. Online payment will reflect your first full month of MX4. If you chose to start in the middle of the month, the pro-rated amount for your first month will be added to your next months dues.
-Future monthly payments will be added to your monthly memberships dues each month.
-Accounting will contact you within 1-2 business days to set-up your monthly billing.
-Please give a 30-day notice for cancellation.

Membership Upgrade Special!
Single- $99 per month for the first 3 months, then $129 per month

Rates are per month:
-Additional monthly payments will be added to your monthly membership EFT. Member agrees to 6 month commitment.
-The monthly payment will continue until 30-day cancellation given at end of 6 month agreement
