Cycle Ops Indoor Cycling

Bring your own bikes and challenge yourself in our indoor cycling class! (PAC will provide the Cycle-Ops trainer)

Winter is coming so join us on the indoor trainers that will provide a smooth, realistic ride while riding your own bike. The classes will benefit cyclists of all disciplines including road, triathlon and mountain biking. These classes will be focused on building strength and endurance over the winter to have you ready to ride when the warm weather arrives in the spring.  You can expect an upbeat and energetic environment with accountability from your coach as well as the other cyclists.

Participants must bring the following:

Cycle ops class is awesome! I'm not a triathlete - I just love to ride my bike. And I've always had plenty of endurance but I really wanted to improve my speed and hill-climbing. It was so hard to hold to the tough training that is needed when I was trying to train alone during the winter months. Riding a trainer alone in the basement is the pits.
Cycle ops class was just what I needed. The instructors are all extremely knowledgeable and give us an effective training session, not just now and then, but every class. Just as important, the classes are fun and I've built new friendships and have no more boring solo hours on the trainer during the winter!
Cycle ops is my off-season training choice. I've set several new PR’s and had fun doing it! ~ Jane Kohlwey
