There will be four races, after the first race, each race following will progressively get longer in time. The swim will increase by two minutes, the bike and run increasing by five minutes. This allows both the beginner and the more experienced triathlete to participate at their desired level!
Arrive at 4:30 p.m. in Studio 5 to allow time to set up transition area and warm up. Races beginning at 5 p.m.
January 12 Swim 8 min, Bike 20 min, Run 15 min
February 9 Swim 10 min, Bike 25 min, Run 20 min
March 9 Swim 12 min, Bike 30 min, Run 25 min
April 13 Swim 14 min, Bike 35 min, Run 30 min
The swim will take place in our indoor six lane lap pool. The bike portion will be on your own bike; we will supply a cycle-ops trainer. If you do not have a bike we will provide a RPM bike. The run will take place on our indoor jogging track.
Transition times -
Swim to bike will be 6 minutes, giving the athlete plenty of time to get ready.
Bike to run will be 3 minutes
